Eagle Wings Lodge Rates

    - Based on 22 Guests - additional guests may be approved with an additional fee per person per night,
       with a maximum allowance of 25 guests on property (this includes the Tree House & the Little House if
       added on)

    -  Additional lodging taxes apply to all reservations, as well as a one-time cleaning fee of $380., as 
 

       March 01-May 31: $1199-$1399 per night
       June 01- December 31: $1399-$2199 per night

       January 01- February 28: $1199 per night

       *Rates fluctuate based upon availability/demand

Check in is available any day of the week except Sunday.

      (example - reservation of Friday thru Monday is possible but Sunday thru Tues is not based on the fact
       that the first day of a check in cannot be a Sunday)

​Optional Add-Ons to Eagle Wings Lodge
    The Tree House and The Little House are optional add ons to Eagle Wings Lodge only.  If you are renting
     EWL, you may add either one of these for a flat rate of $200/each per reservation (not per night).  They
     may not be booked individually/without renting EWL.

    The Tree House sleeps 4 to 6 people (1 queen & 1 bunk bed on main floor, 2 twins in the loft) with no
    running water or bathroom.   There is a small microwave and mini-fridge, as well as a window air
    conditioner.  Available during May through October months upon request. 
 

    The Little House sleeps 2 to 4 people 2 people sharing each queen bed(2 queen beds) with no running 

    water or bathroom.  There is a window air conditioner in this unit, as well as baseboard heating. 

    Available during May through October months upon request.  No sleeping in loft areas.

Absolutely no fireworks are allowed at any time on Eagle Wings Lodge property

No use of motorcycles or 4 wheelers of any kind on the property.

Eagle Wings Lodge may only be reserved by individuals over the age of 25 yrs old and with a valid credit card on file in case of incidentals.  Failure to comply with this policy may result in forfeit of non-refundable deposit and immediate dismissal from property.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for Lodge reservations. 
All transactions are confirmed immediately with a confirmation number via email.  The remaining balance (payment in full) is required 45 days prior to your reservation check-in date, and at such time the credit card on file may be automatically charged for the remaining balance unless other arrangements have been made. You will receive an email notification as your 45 day window approaches.
No refund will be given for cancellations; however, if the cancellation is more than 45 days prior to your stay, you may choose to apply your deposit toward a future stay within 12 months of your original reservation date. A change of date fee of $250 (for EWL) and $50 (for The Lake House) will be deducted from your deposit.  
If cancellation occurs less than 45 days before your stay, no refunds will be given and all deposit/payments are forfeited and as such cannot be applied to future reservations.
We offer no refunds or pro-rated rates for early departures.
We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.  Due to our small size and remoteness, cancellations significantly effect us, so please check your dates carefully prior to booking.
