GENERAL

Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival = 100 % Refund less $75 processing fee.
Cancellation made 31 or more days prior to arrival = 50% refund less $75 processing fee.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival date receive No Refund. Sorry :-(
No refunds for early departure.
No cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather.
Any changes made to a reservation after processing will incur a $75 service fee.

Check-in is 4 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m.
Upon check in call immediately if there are damages not done by you or you have any concerns.
When you check out please wash dishes, take home or throw out any food, place trash in the proper receptacles, and then make sure the lodge is secure before departing.
As owners of Eagle Wings Lodge, we will assume no responsibility for loss
or damage to guests' personal effects, or injury during the rental period.

Please limit occupancy to the lodge maximum 20.
No Visitors, Paid guests only please.
In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements, additional charges may be applied.
Linens and towels are provided.
A supply of dishwashing detergent and toilet paper will be provided.
Upon arrival, please report any damages, shortage of supplies, or housekeeping issues immediately.
Please abide by Hot Tub Rules.
Absolutely no hunting, no ATV’s, and no weapons, including paintball guns or air guns,
are permitted at any time on the property.
No fireworks.
Do not cut down trees in the area.

It is our number one priority to provide you with the best possible customer service in the Hocking Hills so that you will reture year after year. Therefore, we will do everything we can to make sure the lodge is ready for your stay. However, there are rare occasions that your cabin might not be fully presentable by 3 p.m. or when your hot tub won't be warm until later in the evening. In addition, from time to time, appliances, hot tubs, satellite TV, water, electricity, etc. will break down or malfunction. While we cannot refund any monies due to these issues that may be beyond our control. However, we will respond as quickly as we can to make repairs and restore amenities.
We do professionally exterminate our lodge, but it is not bug proof. Please remember you are in the woods and we have invaded the woodland creatures’ habitat so you will see bugs and spiders. Therefore, we cannot provide you with a refund due to insects.
We have a barn and horses on the property. We request for the horses sake and the owners sake that you refrain from feeding the horses or allowing your children to feed the horses as they are on special diets. While horse are beautiful, horses can bite and kick, therefore, we require that everyone in your group stay out of the horse pasture and stalls to prevent any injury while you are at Eagle Wings Lodge. We want you to have a wonderful experience free from injury.

Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge or on the property. Smoking is permitted only in your car. Please do not discard butts anywhere on the property! Please keep the country air fresh. A minimum cleaning / environmental charge of $500 will be added to your bill for any smoking the lodge (part of this clean-up includes but is not limited to cleaning all windows, window treatments, walls, carpet, running special filter devices, etc.).

Full payment is required when reservation is accepted. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.
Credit card only - no cash, money orders, or checks accepted for reservations.
