Hocking Hills Scenic Byway:  State Route 374 has been designated as an Ohio Byway with scenic attractions, historical points and local events.   
Hocking Hills Canoe Livery:  Canoe, Kayak and Raft on the Hocking River, day trips and special moonlight trips. 
Hocking Hills Marina at Lake Logan:  One of the most beautiful lakes in Ohio, ideal for fishing, boating, bird watching and swimming, the marina has everything you need from boat rentals, bait and tackle to snacks and cold drinks
Hocking Valley Scenic Railway:  Scenic train rides in the Hocking Valley. 
Horseback Riding:  With hundreds of miles of trails in the Hocking Hills region, riders can take to the trail for as little as an hour and as long as all day!   Bring your own horse to ride many of the trails or call one of the riding stables for horse rental adventures. Spotted Horse Ranch is just 6 miles from here and has 500 acres of beautiful trails.
Museums & Arts:  There are many historic sites local Museums and Arts throughout the Hocking Hills area.

CLOSEST PARKS 

Clear Creek Metro Park   Just 10 minutes away, this park offers trails, fishing in the Clear Creek River, beautiful rock out croppings, caves, Leaning Leana, (a huge rock that leans over the road).  This park has 3,000 acres of beautiful forest.

Cantwell Cliffs   Just 10 minutes away, one of the Hocking Hills State Parks that is not visited as often but has beautiful paths and rock formations and cliffs to view.  Can you make it through fat woman's squeeze?

Rock House  A magnificen cave/tunnel of rock that is really amazing...you have to see it to believe it. Only 6 miles (12 minutes)  from the lodge.

Conkles Hollow  Just 10 miles (20 minutes) away is another favorite Hocking Hills State Park sites with hiking trails.

Old Mans Cave  About 12 miles (25 minutes) away through scenic country side and beautiful forest.  You will even pass Grandma Fayes store.
